During this talk you will be introduced to mindfulness and its benefits in your daily life. You will hear more about how you can reduce stress, anxiety, fear, improve health, focus, attention, relationships with yourself and others, how you can have a happier and more fulfilled life by adopting mindfulness as a life style.
