You heard people talking about mindfulness but you don’t know exactly what it is all about? You know some things about mindfulness but you would like to find out more? You want maybe to find out ways of practicing?
International Community Odense together with Carmen Manea and CM-CAMP is inviting you to a mindfulness workshop where we try to answer your questions about mindfulness.
During the workshop, you will be introduced to mindfulness, daily practice and its benefits in your daily life. You will hear more about how you can reduce stress, anxiety, fear, improve health, focus, attention, relationship with yourself and others, how you can have a happier and more fulfilled life by adopting mindfulness as a life style. You will be introduced and experience some formal and informal practices, and you will learn more about the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course as an example of how you can start your mindfulness practice and your mindful way of living.
