The volume of her voice helped me to relax and stay focused on the steps within each meditation session. It is difficult for me to pinpoint exactly how meditation helped me, but I know that I developed a greater sense of being present and more focused in the moment.

Even though it was a very short meeting, to some extent I see it as an eye-opener. The difference I have noticed is that I now, when I actually manage to focus on one thing and one thing only, I do not feel like my mind is everywhere and I actually can think straight about what I’m doing.
